Direct Electric was founded on the comittment to bring high performance electrical solutions to builders and homeowners throughout the Southern Colorado.
We specialize in residential electrical, including custom (and semi-custom) homes and residential service work. We serve the southern Front Range, from Parker all the way down to Pueblo.
We are a fully licensed and insured contractor. Professionalism and integrity are the backbone of every day on the job. We take great pride in delivering cost-competitive electrical solutions that meet budgets, building schedules, and high expectations.
Our Roots
Direct Electric is owned and operated by our master electrician, Arthur Ramirez.
His early career was spent with years of hands-on experience roughing, trimming, and running crews for high volume, award winning home builders throughout the Pikes Peak Region, including builders featured in the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes. His hands on experience is coupled with a four year program at I.E.C. (Independent Electrical Contractors) Colorado Springs.
The latter part of his career was spent as the on-site manager of electrical systems on multi-family jobs (apartment complexes) in Colorado Springs.
This foundational expertise is the backbone of Direct Electric's ability to execute fast-paced building schedules for custom and semi-custom homes.

Direct Electric specializes in both new residential and commercial builds and remodels.
Custom & Semi-Custom Residential: We provide end to end electrical for new home builds and whole home remodels, including custom and semi-custom homes. Direct Electric has wired everything from million dollar homes to large R.V. garages. We work with both builders and homeowners directly throughout the Pikes Peak region and greater Southern Front Range.
Residential Service and Troubleshooting: Our residential service department allows us to help homeowners with quality, fast electrical service for everything from panel upgrades to ceiling fan installations and light fixture replacements.
Commercial (New Builds and Remodels): Our open communication, attention to detail, and dedication to adhering to fast paced building schedules has allowed Direct Electric to build a proven track record of success in the commercial electrical space. We work with GC's, business owners, and engineers to help bring business goals to fruition.
